Steamed Veggies Mac and Cheese
What You Need
  • 10 oz macaroni
  • 3 Cups milk
  • ½ Cup butter
  • ½ Cup cornstarch
  • 1 Cup mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ Cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 Cup corn
  • 1 Cup tomato sliced
  • 1 Cup broccoli florets
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
  1. n a pot, boil water with salt.
  2. Add the pasta and cook as instructed on the packaging.
  3. While waiting, steam the broccoli, corn, and tomatoes. Set aside
  4. In a large saucepan over high heat, stir the butter, cornstarch, milk, mozzarella, cheddar, and heavy cream until getting a thick sauce.
  5. Add the vegetables, mix very well and set aside.
  6. Once the pasta is ready, drain it and transfer it to the saucepan with the sauce. Stir together.
  7. Serve in plates and enjoy.
