One Pan Andouille Sausage and Rice Recipe
What You Need
  • 1 Pkg AidellsĀ® Cajun Andouille Sausage sliced
  • 1 cup white rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 red pepper diced
  • 1/2 cup fresh broccoli florets
Instructions
  1. Place butter and sausage in a skillet.
  2. Saute over medium heat 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally
  3. Add garlic and rice.
  4. Saute another 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly
  5. Add chicken broth, red pepper and broccoli
  6. Bring to a boil.
  7. Reduce to a simmer, cover and cook for 15-20 minutes or until rice is light and fluffy
  8. Serve immediately or store covered in the fridge for up to 5 days.
