Meatball Pizza Recipe
What You Need
  • premade pizza dough or if you want to, you can make your own!
  • Ragu Sauce with Garlic and Onion flavors already there- saves a step
  • big slices of fresh mozzarella
  • Fresh basil
  1. Make mini meatballs in cast iron pan on stove. Make them bite size and they take almost no time to make at all!
  2. Add Ragu sauce (about 1/4 cup depending on the size of your pizza) to your dough. I used a premade dough that only needed to be warmed up, but if you are an overachiever, you can make fresh dough.
  3. Add your meatballs on the pizza, cover with fresh mozzarella slices
  4. Now you can add fresh basil leaves before you cook OR wait till the end and add them after. I prefer to put mine in before because I feel like it pops the flavor out. Some people like the basil added after, so chefs choice!
