Teriyaki Chicken Fingers Recipe
What You Need
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 chicken breasts cut into strips
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger paste
  1. Place oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Cut the chicken into strips with a sharp kitchen knife.
  3. Add the chicken strips to the hot oil and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, until brown and easily turned using kitchen tongs.
  4. Meanwhile, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic and ginger paste.
  5. Pour the soy sauce over the cooked chicken and continue to heat until the liquid turns into a sticky glaze.
  6. Remove from heat and serve with fresh rice and broccoli.
