Easy Buffalo Chicken Dip
What You Need
  • 5 cups of shredded chicken
  • 1 1/2 cup of your favorite Wing Sauce
  • 1 Cup of Ranch
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 8 oz bar of Cream Cheese (2nd bar for extra creamy; totally optional)
  • Crackers veggie sticks, or chips for dipping
  1. Mix your cheese, cream cheese, wing sauce and ranch together. Make sure the cream cheese is as smooth as possible. You can use a mixer on low if you like, but don't stress over it.
  2. Add your shredded chicken (or drained canned chicken) and stir.
  3. Pour into a large 9x13 pan (top with extra cheese if you like) and put in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
  4. Once removed, you are welcome to stir to make sure your cream cheese is mixed, and then serve with crackers.
