Grilled Cheese with Blueberries, A Memorable Lunch!
What You Need
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tsp. granulated sugar
  • 2 Tbsp.  Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  • 4 slices Pretzel Bread
  • 4 ounces sliced or shredded Gruyere cheese
  1. Toss blueberries with sugar in small saucepan and cook over medium-high heat, mashing occasionally with a fork, until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes. Set aside.
  2. Spread inside of pretzel bread evenly with Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise.
  3. Evenly coat 2 bread slices with cheese, then blueberry mixture. Top with remaining 2 bread slices. Cook sandwiches in large nonstick skillet over medium heat until golden brown
  4. Take bread off heat and alternate cheese and  then blueberry mixture.
  5. Use tongs to place back in skillet on low until cheese is melted, rotating once. Alternative: Microwave sandwich for 20 seconds to melt cheese
