Cinnamon Roll Instant Pot Oatmeal

What You Need
  • 1/2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. Milk
  • 3 Tbsp. Powdered Sugar
  • Raisins, optional
  1. Prepare your Basic Instant Pot Oatmeal.  *Remember that additional time is needed for the Instant Pot to build pressure, about 8 minutes.

  2. While cooking, stir together Milk and Powdered Sugar in a small bowl until combined. Set aside.

  3. When oatmeal is cooked, divide into four equal servings. Stir 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon into each bowl.

  4. Top with optional Raisins, remaining 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon, and drizzle with Icing.  Serve warm, and ENJOY!
