Keto Guacamole Recipe

Perfect accompaniment for bacon chips!

Course: Appetizer, Snack
What You Need
  • 1 large avocado, approximately 6 ounches
  • 1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp. MCT oil
  • 1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
  • Grated zest of 1 kime
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • 1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro leaves, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp. fresh chives, sliced finely
Instructions
  1. Place avocado, oil, vinegar, lime zest and juice, dried oregano, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.  Mash with either a potato masher or two forks to desired consistency.  Once mashed, stir in cilantro and chives.  Enjoy!
