What You Need
  • 1 large Avocado, approximately 6 ounches
  • 1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp. MCT oil
  • 1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Grated zest of 1 Lime
  • Juice from 1 Lime
  • 1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. dried Oregano Leaves
  • 1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. ground Black Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh Cilantro Leaves, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp. fresh Chives, sliced
Instructions
  1. Place avocado, oil, vinegar, lime zest and juice, dried oregano, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.  Mash with either a potato masher or two forks to desired consistency.  Once mashed, stir in cilantro and chives.  Enjoy!
