The soup that you make is actually very good and I can eat it mixed into my regular diet. There are plenty ways to spice it to change the flavor as well and no, it didn’t give us gas and make us sick. It was fully of vegis and great stuff, but in the end ha very little calories. The thing is that the Cabbage Soup Diet can be unsafe. Its not normal for people to eat, well, nothing over the course of the week and for us, we both work from home and it was easy to follow along. We also had the support of each other and were able to laugh at ourselves during the week.
