Mardi Gras Cookie Dough Ball

Mardi Gras is just a minute around the corner and if you live in the Gulf Coast, you have probably been getting ready since last year’s celebration ended. Around here its a big deal- school shuts down, parades go on every day for 3 weeks, and its ball after ball of fancy dresses, tuxes, and Mardi Gras Masks. While there is plenty of religious significance to Mardi Gras, it’s also just flat out a time to have fun, let loose, and spend time with family and friends. This year no matter whether the party is at your house or theirs, this Mardi Gras Cookie Dough Ball (with no egg) makes a fun and festive dessert that brings forth your purple, green, and yellow in a fun way!Mardi Gras Cookie Dough Ball: Bring in Mardi Gras with this colorful no egg cookie dough ball recipe

Get the sugar

Before you get started, make sure you have the colored sugar on hand! Thes are the 3 I recommend picking up for all your Mardi Gras Desserts and work for this as well as for cupcakes and cake are the Wilton Sugars. Purple represents Justice, Green represents Faith and Gold represents Power.
