Mermaid Bark: 10 min magical chocolate dessert , make a splash at your next partyMermaid Bark Recipe

Looking for a quick and easy melting chocolate idea?

This mermaid dessert is so easy and so perfect for your under the sea or mermaid party. The best part is that these chocolate colors can be used in unicorn bark if you mix up the sprinkles and maybe add a sparkle or sheen to the bark!

Let’s get started on making that bark!

  • 1 (10 oz) bag Teal candy melts
  • 1 cup purple candy melts
  • 1 cup pink candy melts
  • Pearl Sprinkles
  • parchment paper

Melt candy melts in separate bowls (one color at a time) in the microwave in 30 second increments until completely melted.

This is the stage most people mess up because you need to be patient when it comes to melting chocolate.

Either you can only do each color 30 seconds at a time, use a double boiler, or use a chocolate melter (easiest way).

Line a baking dish or cookie sheet with parchment paper

Now add your candy melts in spoonfuls on the parchment paper.

Use the back of a spoon to slowly mix the colors together from side to side.
