Slaw with Lime and Cilantro Recipe

006  Love hamburgers but need a quick way to spice them up and eat something a little different tonight?

I altered a Cooking Light recipe for Tequila Slaw with Lime and Cilantro to add to our mini burgers and it was so perfectly delicious I had to share!

Slaw with Lime and Cilantro

  • 1/4 cup Hellmanns
  • 3 tblspoon lime juice
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 package of coleslaw

Instructions: Add all together, toss, and then add to sliders. The recipe I used for our sliders is here (keeps meat super juicy) minus the salsa portion. I recommend using it.

And dinner? Not so much as a carrot shred on the plate.
