Holy Moly Pass the Guacamole Slow Cooker Chicken Fajitas

Get ready for a delicious dinner that will make you grab the sour cream and salsa. Its the easiest meal you will make and can double for a crowd!

In a bowl, combine your chili powder, cumin, paprika, coriander, salt and pepper. Mix. First, pour your canned tomatoes into your slow cooker, then add half of your green and red peppers, as well as onions.

Top with your minced garlic.

  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 3/4 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 14.5 oz can petite diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 red (orange and green bell pepper, in slices)
  • 1 large yellow onion (halved and sliced)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 3/4 tsp pepper
