Apple and Berry Pie Recipe

by trisha haas

Last night a cold front moved in and my swiss colony magazine showed up, so that was enough for me to claim FALL HAS ARRIVED. And with it comes all the food you can eat….seriously…it’s like a total pass between October and next May. I also try to convince myself because I put fruit and veggies in about every recipe this quarter of the year that it somehow must fall under “healthy enough.” Either way, this apple and berry pie is so delicious and offers more than just another pumpkin. Coated in brown sugar and cinnamon, and a sprinkling of your favorite berries like raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries, this Apple Berry Pie Recipe can be made in one big gorgeous pie or mini pies that are perfect for the Thanksgiving table.
