Cabbage Soup Diet…day 2. Ugg.

Last year I cheated first day too. I think I did…tic tacs? I had a Starburst in the morning and a jolly rancher at night. I swear to you I needed FLAVOR.

The soup tastes fine, but boring. And seriously, if you think you couldn’t get sick of fruit, I assure that you can.

Because it was “eat all the fruit you want” day, I had half an apple, a few slices of pineapple, cantaloupe, strawberries, and kiwi. They were all cut up and eaten throughout the day and they were good, but I was starting to feel like a monkey.

And two bowls of soup (cabbage soup diet).

I think the biggest challenge for me in this whole process is to not drink any soda, sweet tea, or milk. Drinks are my vice.

I guess you are wondering about weigh in.

  • Day #1 weigh in: 116.8pnds, 55.3%, 26.9%
  • Day #2 weigh in: 115.2pnds, 54%, 25.9%

Total weight loss: 1 pound 6 oz

Today is “eat as many vegetables as you want” day. I really love vegis…but smothered in butter. Plus, vegis on top of the vegi soup makes me gag.

But I shall trudge on…mainly because Kim said we can’t quit.
