Candy corn … you either love it or you hate it. Personally, I love it, but not in the way you might think. You see, eating the candy itself is just kinda blah but decorating with it is a lot of fun! I love using candy corn for inspiration when it comes to other desserts that taste amazing … like rice krispies treats. Of course if you prefer something to eat in one bite, these pumpkin spiced caramel crunchies are a great choice.
You can make this ordinary treat extra cute with a candy corn shaped cookie cutter, some icing, decorating sugars and themed straws.
Free hand the sprinkles or use a square plate like I did. You can place the plate over each section so the colors don’t blend together.
