Copycat Lofthouse Cookies Recipe
Truly when it comes to cookies, I have to admit plain old Oreo’s take my heart. Ok, well maybe not the plain ones, the Christmas Oreo’s with the white dipped fudge.
But my husband- he wont touch a cookie unless I bring home a box of traditional soft lofthouse cookies.
He really doesn’t love a ton of sweets but he cant say no to these. I’m pretty sure he can eat at least half the box in a day if not regulated.
Unfortunately I can’t always find them at every store and there is something nostalgic about baking lofthouse cookies at home, so I wanted to share with you a no fail, soft and delicious 5 star sugar cookie recipe that will blow your mind with its deliciousness.

Baking Cookies Tip: When it comes to baking, your desserts can often be complicated and fickle. Cookies, in particular (at least for me) can be hard to get right.
The one that helps me make sure that my baking is turning out correctly is to have all my kitchen utensils lined up so I give the best possible chance for cookie success.
In this case, one thing I recommend is a fantastic baking sheet and a 2 tablespoon cookie scoop.
This will make sure that your cookies do not stick and are the right size so they all bake evenly.
