I had a problem with my original Serta Pure Response mattress, which Serta was very helpful in doing a warranty replacement. (Seriously, their customer service handled everything).
We took the credit and got the iComfort Savant. The first few nights were rough, because it was SO firm, but now, it’s the most comfortable bed I’ve ever had. It is worth every penny!
