New York Style Shrimp Recipe

When it comes to dinner, we want to do it all as parents. Provide something that tastes great, looks good on a plate (cause, let’s face it, family can be picky) and also doesn’t take too long in the kitchen. I don’t know about you, but we face homework and sports every night and things can get hectic and busy. That is why I am excited to share with you an option that hits all three of these: New York Style Shrimp!

This New York Style Shrimp Recipe came from Bertolli and they asked me to recreate it in my own home and share what we thought. My thoughts? Delicious and filling! Wow, what a fantastic combination with polenta and shrimp.  We don’t eat seafood often around here so when I make it up, I want it to be special.
