Cran-Raspberry Spritzer Recipe: Valentines Day Drink!

When thinking of fun things to eat or drink for the holidays, not everything can be filled with candy or sweets. After all, what do you do when your stomach is aching from too much chocolate? So in the interest of coming up with a fun way for the adults to get into the holiday spirit, I wanted to share a great Cran-Raspberry Spritzer that is perfect (and beautiful!) for the adults. And as a non-alcoholic drink, even your mom to be’s can get in on the fun! And because I am in the Valentines Day spirit, I would say that you can change this up to strawberries to make it just as pretty for that upcoming holiday.

Cran-Raspberry Spritzer : Pretty in Pink for Perfect Valentines Day Parties!

Cran-Raspberry Spritzer, perfect for Valentines Day Recipes or Parties

This nonalcoholic cocktail is easy to make, and even easier to drink! Substitute champagne for the lemon-lime soda to make the beverage with alcohol, or try garnishing the drink with fresh lemons for a different look.
Ingredients:
  • 16oz cranberry-raspberry juice  (<———– get this one! Nom, Nom.)
  • 20 ounces lemon-lime soda
  • 1 lemon, quartered
  • ice cubes
  • fresh raspberries
Method:
  1. Fill four glasses with ice. Divide the cranberry-raspberry juice among the glasses.
  2. Divide the lemon-lime soda among the glasses, topping off each cup.
  3. Squeeze a hint of fresh lemon juice over each, then garnish with a few fresh raspberries. Stir and serve immediately.

Other Tips:

Change out the lemon and raspberries to strawberries and mint and form a new flavored drink!

Pre-freeze some colored ice blocks in pink to create the perfect pretty party look.
