This sweet and savory side dish is great for the Holidays or can even be used alongside a regular weeknight meal. We recommend that you serve this recipe with:

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons salted butter
  • 2 Tablespoons pure honey
  • 2 ounces cream cheese (cut into small chunks)
  • 16-ounce bag frozen corn
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

This recipe yields 6 servings, enough for about 4 people, depending on how hungry your family is. It can be prepared, cooked, and ready to serve in 15 minutes. Be sure to double the recipe as necessary if feeding a large group.

Honey Butter Skillet Corn Instructions

To get started on your Honey Butter Corn, first, gather your equipment. You’ll need:

  • Large skillet or pan
  • Wooden spoon
  • Butter knife
  • Tablespoon
  • 1/4 teaspoon

1.) Heat Butter, Honey & Corn

In your skillet, add the honey and butter, and melt over medium-high heat. Add frozen corn and cook through, about 8 minutes until hot.

2.) Mix in Cream Cheese, Pepper & Salt

Stir in the cream cheese chunks, salt, and pepper until thoroughly combined and melted together (about 5 minutes).

3.) Serve!

Serve hot with your entree!
